		<description>English Sparkling Wine exists in labeling legislation and is used by almost all producers.  Merret has been trademarked and is therefore only available to RidgeView. (Merret also only wrote about adding sugar to wine to make it sparkling,  never actually studied the technique). As for other names, without paid-for promotion, they would not help market the product.

PS. You can only call a wine &quot;Hampshire&quot; if 85% of the grapes come from that county.</description>
