Story: Aged 23, he is the fourth generation of winegrower in the family although Romain decided to start his own adventure in 2010, after studying for 6 years. From the 7ha of vineyard he has taken, he is producing a range of cuvees that reflects the terroir of Brouilly in respect of nature. Romain likes to slowly vinify around 21C in regards to gently extract the aromas and tannins from the grapes. To our view this is a Burgundy style at a Beaujolais price. A stunning value for money made by a young winemaker that deserves to be discovered.
