Story: The Domaine has been in the family since 1908 and the vines average 100 years of age. When Cyril finished his studies he took experience in various regions across France and he now brings unfamiliar vinification methods back to his home in Beaujolais. With long maceration and without using the classic pneumatic press from Beaujolais, Cyril aims to respect the “fruit de notre travail”, the ‘fruits of his labour’, and makes Beaujolais with character. He has been awarded several diplomas from different French gastronomic congregations. To Cyril, wine has to bring pleasure, conviviality and goes well with a full spread table with friends and family.
