Delivery charges

Purchases £275 or more

We offer free delivery for orders of £275 or more (VAT inclusive) within the North and South Circular of London.  For deliveries outside of London, delivery is free for the first TWO cases of 12 bottles.  After that, the delivery charge is £1.00 per extra bottle up to 7 bottles.  Each case above that will incur an extra £7.50 delivery charge.

Purchases Under £275 

We offer free local delivery to the following postal codes:  SW3, SW1X, SW7, and SW5.  Outside of that, the delivery charges are £10 for the first case of up to 12 bottles, and an additional £1.00 per bottle for up to the next 7 bottles. After that, each extra case will incur a £7.50 delivery charge.

Deliveries to the following postal codes will incur a surcharge:

AB38-39, AB51-56, IV41-56, IV 63, KW1-3, KW5-17, PH15-41, FK1-21, TD, and DG

Saturday delivery is available upon request and will incur a surcharge.

**Please note that deliveries to some parts of the UK will incur a surcharge. This surcharge will be calculated after you have placed your order. The postcodes affected are as follows:

Isle of Man
Isle of Wight

Delivery times

Sipp London can deliver anywhere in the UK within six (6) working days. Please use the Delivery Instructions form when checking out to clearly specify any delivery needs or details.

If you’re not available to accept your delivery, our courier will leave a card with a phone number and you can call them to reschedule your delivery. For security reasons, we are unable to leave your order outside your front door or anywhere it may be visible.

Please note that it is not possible to ship to a different address once your order has been dispatched.

Deliveries to Europe and the Rest of The World

Sipp London works with a network of international couriers enabling us to send wine across the globe. Please contact us by phone or email before you place your order for a quote and approximate delivery times. Please note that Sipp London is not responsible for local taxes that may be incurred when sending your wine internationally.

We are working to incorporate international delivery into our online ordering system, and hope to have this implemented shortly.

Returns Policy

Sipp London takes every precaution to ensure your purchase arrives in the best condition. If you find that your delivery is damaged or the products are faulty, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery and we will happily arrange replacements or a refund. Faulty wines can also be returned to our retail store.
