Story: The Akashi Sake Brewery has nearly 100 years history brewing fine sake. They produce a range of different styles, with something for everyone on the product line-up. If you are just getting into sake, this is a great place to start. The Akashi-Tai Honjozo is made with rice milled so that 30% of the outer portion of each grain has been ground away. This makes the final sake lighter, drier, and very easy to drink.
