DELIVERY INFORMATION
PLEASE NOTE: During the Olympics and Paralympics in London from 27th July to 12th August and from 29th August to 9th September, we are anticipating delays and disruptions both within and outside London. As a result, we are unable to guarantee delivery within 6 (six) business days. We will do our best to ensure that we can deliver orders as quickly as possible. Sipp London can deliver our products to anywhere in the UK within six (6) working days. For special order items that are currently not in stock, it may take longer than six (6) working days for delivery. You will be notified if this is the case. Saturday delivery is available upon request, but will incur a surcharge. We will follow up with you directly to confirm costs.
Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight, The Scilly Isles, and some areas of Scotland may take longer and will incur a surcharge.
If you’re not available to accept your delivery, our courier will leave a card with a phone number and you can call them to reschedule your delivery. For security reasons, we are unable to leave your order outside your front door or anywhere it may be visible.
Deliveries Throughout the UK Mainland:
Purchases £275 or more
We offer free delivery for orders of £275 or more (VAT inclusive) within the North and South Circular of London. For deliveries outside of London, delivery is free for the first TWO cases of 12 bottles. After that, the delivery charge is £1.00 per extra bottle up to 7 bottles. Each case above that will incur an extra £7.50 delivery charge.

Purchases Under £275
We offer free local delivery to the following postal codes: SW3, SW1X, SW7, and SW5. Outside of that, the delivery charges are £10 for the first case of up to 12 bottles, and an additional £1.00 per bottle for up to the next 7 bottles. After that, each extra case will incur a £7.50 delivery charge.

To add wines to your registry, choose them from the online shop and click “Add to Registry”. Then follow the on-screen instructions.
Alternatively, you are welcome to visit our shop to get assistance with putting your list together. With our tasting machines, you can even try different styles of wines to find out what you like. Based on your palette, we can then suggest some interesting wines to put on your list.
Wedding Registry FAQs
1) What is the minimum size of list?
You can decide how large or small you want your wine list to be.
2) How can inform my guests about the registry?
Once you create your registry with us, we will provide you with a link to print on your invitations or send out via email. Each list is also searchable by name on our main wedding page.
3) When can I expect delivery of the wines?
The registry list will close one week after your wedding date to allow guests to purchase wine for you after your big day. We will then contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time.
4) What if I can’t get a wine that’s on my list?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the availability of all the wines you choose, but we will do our best to meet your requirements.
5) Can I include gift vouchers on my list?
Yes. Gift vouchers are a great way to obtain a particularly expensive bottle.
Hospitality Services
The Sipp London shop can be pre-booked to host parties and events. Our wine tasting systems are available for use during your event so you will be able to entertain your guests for the evening. Depending on your needs, we can also bring in wine experts and mixologists to educate your guests about wines and cocktails. Refunds
It is our policy to ensure that all products supplied to all our customers arrive in perfect condition. You have the right to cancel your order without charge. If you are unhappy with products purchased (other than perishable products) which are not faulty, we will happily refund your money or exchange the products provided you inform us within 7 days after the day following the delivery of the goods.
Any returned products must arrive in good condition, with its original packaging. All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of you notifying us about returning the products. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.
