It is our policy to ensure that all products supplied to all our customers arrive in perfect condition. You have the right to cancel your order (prior to delivery) without charge.  If you are unhappy with products purchased (other than perishable products) which are not faulty, we will happily refund your money or exchange the products provided you inform us within 7 days after the day following the delivery of the goods.

Products must be returned to us in good condition, with all packaging intact. All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of you notifying us about returning the products.  The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.
