Story: The centuries old Scholl Halbturn was once a favourite estate of the Austrian Emperors. While tradition plays an important role here, they also embrace progress, recently replanting two-thirds of their vineyards and refitting their cellars with up-to-date equipment. The wine is produced by a team of international oenologist, headed up by Markus Sieben and Francois-Xavier Gaboriaud.
