Story: Chateau Langia-Barton have the impressive claim to being the longest unchanged family-ownership in the Medoc, having been run by the Barton family since the 1820s. The wines are typical St Julien, exhibiting fine elegance and finesse. They are vinified exactly the same way as their sister estate, Chateau Léoville-Barton, meaning the comparison of the two wines is always an interesting exercise.
