Story: For over 200 years Domaine Boingnères have been producing their eaux-de-vie from what are arguably some of the finest vineyards in the Bas-Armagnac. Six generations of the family have steadfastly maintained the estate’s high levels of quality. Surprisingly, the estate did not have its own still until 1975 – prior to this a travelling still was used on occasion to produce the Armagnac. A tradition of distilling each grape variety separately remains in practice today.
