Story: The estate is situated in the village of Fleys, to the east of the town of Chablis. It has only 28 hectares but has been in the Gautheron family for seven generations. The wine is fermented and matured in steel vat to preserve the fresh flavour and unique influence of the chalky vineyard soils.
